Our customer service team operates on standard business days. We endeavor to respond to your online enquiry within a reasonable timeframe.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU ORDER

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse. All items imported into certain regions may attract VAT or similar charges, which are added by customs and paid on the receiver’s end. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by customs, for which we cannot accept liability. Please be aware of this before making your purchase as this could delay your delivery.

We accept various payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and a full refund will be processed using the original payment method received.

We cannot accept liability for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We offer express shipping as an option for deliveries. We strongly recommend this option to ensure your order comes with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

All colors of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in color and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly different via the website due to individual monitor settings.

Postage and handling costs are non-refundable (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Duties/taxes for certain destinations are also not covered.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

All orders are shipped from our warehouse, therefore international customers may be required to pay applicable duty, sales tax and customs charges upon collection of your order (which is a separate amount from your order invoice). The only charges we collect are those stated on your order invoice. We cannot provide an exact amount for any sales tax, duty and customs charges as they are determined by your local government. For further assistance, please contact your local government for details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship to most destinations around the world. At checkout, please select your country from the drop down menu.

All orders are shipped within a standard timeframe after receiving payment. We offer express shipping, which comes with tracking. For all orders shipped with tracking, a separate email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Postage and handling costs are non-refundable on returned items. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by customs for reasons outside our control, so please be aware of this when making your purchase. (Please see ‘International Duties and Customs Charges’ section for details).

International express shipping comes with tracking and takes a standard number of business days for delivery. We cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is done via a standard carrier. All orders placed before a certain cutoff time are dispatched same day, otherwise orders placed after that time will be dispatched next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All domestic orders shipped to metro areas will be delivered by close of business the next business day after dispatch. Domestic orders shipped to rural areas will be delivered within a standard number of business days of dispatch.

ORDERING

To place an order, you may do so via our secure online store here: shapinggymclothes.com. Sale of our products is subject to availability of stock. You can view new and completed orders when you are logged into the website. Alternatively, you can view orders via the email sent to you when you placed the order. If you are already a member, you are able to sign in with your user name and password for purchases. This means a faster checkout process as we already have most of your details on record. Being a member also means you are eligible for special offers, discounts and promotions, and receive our newsletter as well as being the first to know about new products.

Once you have found a product you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping cart. You may then proceed to our easy step-by-step checkout. You will then be asked to either proceed, register as a member, or sign in if you are already a member. This is the beginning of the checkout process and you will then be asked to fill in your details to complete the order.

Please ensure you double check your order shipping address as your order will be returned if the address is invalid or entered incorrectly.

Then simply follow the steps until your transaction is complete. You will be sent an email with the order confirmation shortly after the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders, at which time we will notify you by email and will refund all monies paid using the original payment method received.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centers, once you hit Pay Now, we are generally unable to cancel your order. However, our simple returns process means refunding your activewear is easy. Head to our Returns Page to find out how.

WARRANTY

All our products have a warranty period from the date of purchase. We will replace items with a manufacturing defect, but as a general rule, orders outside the warranty period will not be covered, and we do request clear pictures in order to assist further.

If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team with clear pictures and a detailed description as well as your order details.

Being a member makes you eligible for special offers, discounts and promotions. You will also receive our newsletter and be the first to know about new products as well as restocked products. As a member you can also proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase, check the status of orders, gift cards, as well as view your order history. PAYMENT, PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

We accept various payment methods. For security purposes, and your protection, we reserve the right to hold orders paid by certain methods, pending verification.

Once you have placed an order, we send the transaction directly to the bank; your details are not shared with any third parties. To ensure safety and security when making purchases, our online system encrypts your details automatically. If you encounter any problems during the payment process, please contact us.

Our pricing is correct and current as shown on our online store. Occasionally our pricing may change due to sales or special promotions, but these will also appear on the website during that time. Members may be offered special discounts on products from time to time. All prices of our products include applicable taxes. Prices are shown in various currencies. Your credit card will be billed in these currencies and your card provider will convert the charge to your local currency if required. We suggest you use a currency converter to get an estimate on what your order will be in your local currency. All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period, and we do not credit or refund a price difference for items purchased outside of that sale period. Items purchased on sale/special are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All promotions/sales are subject to availability.

Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards. Gift cards may also be excluded from sitewide sale offers.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We accept return requests within a standard period from the purchase date. All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer. We are not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage. Returns are processed within a standard timeframe after being received at our warehouse, and once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation. We do not process exchanges but can provide a store credit for the item/s returned.

All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period, and we do not credit a price difference for items purchased outside of that sale period. Outlet items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

All returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached. Any items of clothing returned with marks will automatically be rejected and returned to you. For all returns of our shoes, soles must be returned clean; if they are returned dirty or marked, your return will be rejected and sent back. Please ensure the laces are loosened to avoid damage to the exterior of the shoe. Please also do not use the shoe box to affix return details or sticky tape. Please either wrap or package the box neatly as the shoe box must also be returned in original condition for your return to be accepted.

If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team with clear pictures and a detailed description as well as your order details. We will refund the cost of return and arrange a replacement if the item is found to be defective.

For Outlet items we cannot accept returns for change of mind reasons. However if you believe your item is faulty, please follow the steps outlined for faulty items.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer. We are not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards in various denominations can be purchased from our website. Gift cards are sent in the form of an email after purchase. If you are purchasing a gift card as a gift for someone, for convenience, you can elect to have the redemption details emailed to the recipient instead of yourself. It is important that you enter the correct recipient email address to avoid delays. Once the gift card has been activated, you can check the status and balance in your my account. Any purchases made with a gift card where a refund is requested will be refunded in the way of a store credit (no exceptions).

SMS SERVICE

Our mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by us. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency is recurring. Text the single keyword command STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile phone number, you agree to opt out of the Service prior to changing your mobile number.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.

You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
